the honest version

We started Krut because
hiring kept getting stuck.
Even when people cared.

Candidates waited. Teams chased.
Decisions lived across tools. We're building a faster, clearer way to keep hiring moving.

What we actually care about

No mission statement. Just the four things we don't compromise on.

Speed is respect

Slow software is rude. Every second spent waiting on a spinner is a second that belonged to someone. We take that personally.

Complexity is the enemy

If it needs explaining, we haven't finished building it. Every step should feel obvious, or it isn't done.

Respect goes both ways

The candidate on the other end is also forming an opinion of you. We make the respectful option the easy one.

Strong defaults, fewer settings

We made calls. The settings page is intentionally small. You'll probably agree with most of them.

Our story so far

2025

The penny drops

One of us made it to the yes list and never heard back. Another missed an interview nobody told him was scheduled. That's not bad luck. That's what happens when decisions, scheduling, and feedback live in different places.

Now

Building it

We're building the thing we wish existed. Slow enough to get it right. Fast enough to matter.

Soon

Public beta

We are opening Krut carefully, with teams who want faster hiring without more admin.

PRODUCT & ENGINEERING

Obsessed with speed and friction. If a workflow takes more clicks than it should, he treats it like a bug until it feels fast and obvious.

BRAND & GROWTH

Shapes the story and the surface. Cares about tools that feel honest and human on a Tuesday afternoon, not products built to impress a boardroom.

RECRUITING & PRODUCT

Has led recruiting inside systems that look great in a demo and fall apart on a busy Tuesday. Keeps us grounded in recruiter reality so we don’t “killgissa” our way through hiring.

?

You?

We're small and specific about who we add. If you're reading this and nodding, that's probably a good sign.

Come build this with us

Curious what we've actually built?

15 minutes. No pitch deck. Just the product.
