Advanced booking and real roles
Some major features launched this week! Interview booking grew up: booking windows, direct booking and a panel time picker. Introduced user roles: tenant admin, hiring manager and interviewer.
Features- Advanced interview booking: book an interview directly with a candidate, open a time-limited booking window for them to pick from, or line up a panel with the time picker.
- User roles: tenant admin, hiring manager and interviewer. Invite users with limited permissions: reviewers can only view and score the candidates they're assigned to.
- Filtering on the pipeline board: cut the board down by answers to questions on the ingested job (checkboxes, for example) so you only see the candidates you care about.
- Rich text job descriptions: a much better job description editor, built on Tiptap.
Improvements- Week calendar rebuilt around one component, with optimistic cancel and reschedule.
- Slack messages now arrive grouped.
- Branding handover for advanced booking.
- Optimistic notes carry their author straight away.
- Refactor into an org tab; users list refreshes after changes.
- Link to the public job posting.
Bug fixes- One link-issuing path for bookings, with a guarded cancel.
- Public booking errors now explain themselves with reason codes.
- Signal dismiss is gated to hiring roles; scorecard creation is a proper workflow.
- Unknown roles grant nothing instead of crashing.
